Performance Review
Double barrels, double
reservoirs, and a top mounted pressure guage! What a cool
gun. Looks can be decieving. Although the XXP 175 is a lot
of fun to use in casual backyard battles, its performance is seriously
sub par for any game other than a soakfest.
The double 1x nozzles do allow it to soak more (due to splash damage)
than a typical 2x blast, but they lack power and range.
Twenty-eight feet is a pathetic max range for a gun this size.
That's 9 ft less than the SC 600 or the SS 100 mk2. Furthermore, both of thos guns
have pressure chambers, and the 600's is CPS. The lack of a
seperate pressure chamber seriously hurts this gun as it is prone to
firing only mist and water vapor when you get down to 1/3rd of a tank
or less unless you hold it at the right angle.
Structural
Review
The XXP 175 is very structurally sound. I have never seen one
broken - only traded away - and that's what I'd do if I owned one.
Pros:
Durable, top mounted pressure guage, fun to use in casual soakfests
Cons:
No pressure chamber, low range, low power
