Waterballoon
Tips
Water balloons are like the hand grenade of waterwars. However;
waterballoons don't explode to flood a 15 feet radius with water.
Another problem is that these "grenades" can rupture on the carrier and
never explode on an emeny. It seems nowadays that waterballoons are
obsolete... 100% wrong. What many people fail to realise is that
a grenadier doesn't just run around chucking waterballoons like mad at
the enemy. Wrong again, in real war a grenadier usual carries a
pistol of some sort, varius types of grenades, launching devices, and
much more. A water grenadier is a deadly roll against the
enemy. This Tips section will teach you how to become skilled in
the art of waterballoon use, making your own water grenades, and how to
effectively and efficiently saturate and anhialate the enemy.
Filling Tips
Basicly, never fill it half with air and half with water... no that
doesn't work. Ever tried to throw a balloon and pop it?
Doesn't work. It will pop, but not effectively. Fill it all
the way, but not where it is close to exploding. Sometimes its
best not to tie the balloon. "Say wha?". Sure billy bob,
sometimes it is better not to tie. Now, do this near the enemy so
you don't have to transport a ton of these babies. These things
will slop water on the enemy from above especially when they are in
tight packed formation. Now for rental vehicles, er...when moving
in hostile or nuetral territory, the safest way of transporting water
grenades it to put them in a pastic bag or custom made sling. The bag
should have handles such that it can be looped around one's arm or
attached to a rope/strap and slung over one's shoulder. This way you
don't get soaked if one pops, and you have a wide grab range.
Battle Tips
Waterballoons have superior range than most blasters, one of the few
aspects. Yet the waterballoon is a one shot deal, yet a double
edged coin on this same subject that people forget. Just grab
another one for crying out loud! Yet, you need to learn how to
hit on contact with the first throw. At long ranges when lots of
people are together or one person is in an area they can't manuever
LOB. LOB LOB LOB LOB! Lob all day long, yet never ever ever
lob at somone who is looking at you and is in an area they can dodge or
manuever. In this event shoot them with your blaster. Yep,
take that XP 55 from your giant holster and blast the sucker square in
the chest, pin em good. Then when their shocked throw a
waterballoon just like you'd throw a baseball or softball. Bam,
and unlike blasters you CAN hit em in the face... just be
carefull. Oh yeah, never aim to hurt someone physically
either. Also, sometimes when an enemy is hiding behind a tree it
is difficult to hit them. Soo, whether it be fencepost, mailbox,
or car, burnt toast, redfox, or a candy bar.. er no; anyways to get to
the point you will sometimes need to hit the enemies surrounding
areas. This will still deliver much payload on them. Also,
sometimes don't you just get the craving to peg that little kid down
the street? The one that rides his bycicle so fast he looks like
a paper boy? Well, I know you do. And, sometimes you just
have to go out and slam a cold one on his back. Baaammmm
splahshhh. Darn, all wet. Sooo Danny need a towel (pulls
out flower bombs). Now, just make sure they're not too young, and
BTW this article actually meant in combat... yet we all pull a prank or
two now and then.
Assaulting
a Fortified Enemy Location
When fighting against someone in a treefort bring out the heavy
artillery. You want guns with good range. The idea here is
to keep them ducking down behind the walls that way they won't be able
to move and their ability to return fire will be minimalized. If
you have waterballoon launchers and the terrain permits then I
definitely suggesting using them as well. They won't be able to
dodge and they will duck down. Once they are in pinned down bring
out your your hand grenades... er I mean waterballoons and lob em in
der. SOAK THEM ALL!!! Don't let one spot of floor
stay dry! VERY SIMPLE. Keep the fire up with your long
range guns, then lob a bazillion and seven waterballoons in
there. Right after you begin lobbing balloons have some light
troops rush their fort. In paintball this tactic is known as
"bunkering", but it works very well in waterwars even though most
people don't even know about it. Your light troops will mow down
anyone still remotely dry in the fort.

Ammo Belt Shoulder strap
Get an old belt, or buy a long one from Wal-Mart. Your belt will
need to extend from one shoulder to your side at your waist. If
you want you can use a piece of cloth instead, towel like materiel
works best. Now get a knife or some puncturing utensil and make
an incision every inch along the front (chest side) of your shoulder
strap. Once you are finished you can take waterballoons and tie a
string on the end. The string eill go in one of the holes, and
then be tied to the baloon again. When you need a waterballoon
its right their strung out in an amo belt across your chest! I
used this in Vermin War II along with the Drum Grenade side case below.
Drum Grenade side case
Before Vermin War II I took a large Cheetos Cheese Balls tin and
cleaned it out. After you do this with a wet cloth and then a dry
one puncture two holes, one in each side of the tin towards the
top. Now get some sturdy string and rig yourself up a shoulder
belt to carry it with. The ammo tin will hang at your side, now
you just have to customize it; I recomend painting it black, or camo so
as not to be seen.
