Step 1: Dissassemble Your Weapon


Step 2: Dissassemble Pump

Measure the length of the pump shaft up to the hole where the pump handle connects through it.  This is the length at which you will need to cut your dowel.  If it is too long then you won't be able to put your pump handle back on.

Step 3: Insert Dowel Rod

Lube it up with some sylicone prior to sliding it in.

Step 4: Reassemble
